Alienworld Technology Berhad is proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all webshop orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• Asia: 3–7 business days
• Rest of World: 5–14 business days
  Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or remote locations.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Duties & Taxes

• All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

7. Shipping Issues

Return & Refund Policy
